To minimize the queues at the entrance of the festival, we have some tips for you so that everything runs as smoothly as possible!
Our volunteers at the entrance do everything in their power to check tickets and answer any questions as quickly as possible. As a visitor you can certainly help them and yourself, which is why we have compiled a list of tips:
Presale tickets:
- Please note the signs at the entrance, so that you will step in the appropriate row
- keep your tickets in hand
- printed e-tickets are preferred: scanning from phones can give problems
- if you have a weekend ticket make sure you have a wrist free for our beautiful fabric straps!
- be kind and patient; to our volunteers but also each other 🙂
- On Saturday and / or Sunday morning, check, if possible, our Facebook page for any last minute updates
Tickets at the box office:
- Please note the signs at the entrance, so that you will step in the appropriate row
- If you want to pay cash, bring the exact amount (or close to it) if possible. Paying by debit card is also possible.
- if you have a weekend ticket make sure you have a wrist free for our beautiful fabric straps!

Um long Schlangen am Eingang so gut wie möglich zu vermeiden haben wir ein pair Tipps für dich, damit everything reibungslos verläuft!

- Wenn du ein Wochenendticket hast, sorge dafür, dass wir dir schnell dein Festivalbändchen umbinding können
