The Clan MacBeth Pipe Band is a special music group from the city of Groningen. For 30 years, they are passionately bringing the music from Scotland to Groningen and surrounding areas. With The Clan MacBeth Pipe Band, the Myles Brothers have actually begun their musical careers! They play at all kinds of events and do a lot of competitions at home and abroad!
Just like last year, the band is again present at the festival to play and to give workshops. This year they will be at Zomerfolk on both days! At the workshops you get the chance to play on the bagpipes. In addition, they explain how to learn to play the bagpipes, snare drum and tenordrum with them! Of course they will also be playing both days!
