The group combines traditional instruments like bagpipes, fiddles, flutes, and bodhráns with heartfelt singing and a healthy dose of humor, making them beloved wherever they play. Rapalje, which means "rascal" or "scoundrel," has performed countless concerts and released more than 10 albums. The band has won numerous awards and accolades, including the Best Live Act Award at the fantasy awards in 2015 and 2018. Over the years, Rapalje has gained a reputation as one of the most entertaining and dynamic folk bands around.
