Gravediggers is a band founded in the 90s in the city of Groningen. They dig to old music from long ago and give it their own energetic twist. The band played on several tours in many countries of Europe. They make rock and roll, blues, country, folk with sometimes a nice dose of punk.
The band has released several LPs in recent years. Live, the band guarantees a rock show with music from a dark past. The band consists of Chris Garrit, Wouter Zimmerman and Jan Dokter. The band has been guaranteeing a piece of unadulterated rock n roll energy for years.
We have known Chris for years thanks to our Celtic Folk Festival in 'his' EM2 in Groningen. We are therefore very happy that we can now welcome him on our site!
