Like a ray of sunshine, Lotte travels the world to bring her music to people. Her album “Sunflower” took her from the Limburg landscape to Nashville and Guatemala. The inspiration from her many travels brought her back to the “Good Old Days” where she has been passionate for years. The time of communal singing, iconic instruments and the love for music. With a warm heart for artists such as Joni Mitchell and Melanie Safka, Lotte wrote several new songs last year. Her single 'Let It Flow' has been listened to almost 12 million (!) times.

Singer-songwriter Lotte Walda stands out for her catchy melodies, striking lyrics and her authentic, endearing voice. Lotte Walda wants to inspire with her music. Each of the songs from her new album 'Dragonfly' exudes gratitude, love and hope for a better future for us all. Her second album 'Dragonfly' containing 18 songs inspired by nature and all her special travels.

Lotte developed her love for music at an early age. The music is never turned off in the Walda house. Lotte sings before she can talk! At the age of 11 she received her first singing lesson. Her mother encourages her to participate in talent shows. In recent years, Lotte became known for her participation in Giels Talentenjacht, Kunstbende and her performances at Pinkpop and Paradiso, among others!

Lotte calls herself an old soul because of her love for 60's & 70's music and vintage clothing. She is inspired by folk singer-songwriters from America in particular, but also by her travels, the people she interacts with and the current generation of artists with a message (Zaz, Jack Johnson, Rising Appalachia).

Album

'Dragonfly' appears in a very special, double vinyl edition with colored vinyl. Sides A and B form the sun with a spring and summer side and sides C and D form the moon with an autumn and winter side. The album was produced by two generations of Bombrini, both of whom have already made their mark in music. Gino Bombrini (including YinYin, Komodo) was responsible for half of the songs and his father Angelo Bombrini (including The Cooder Connection) was responsible for the other half of the production. The musicality of the Bombrinis fits well with Lotte's songs and together they create the warm, natural atmosphere that characterizes the songs.
